We are open during COVID-19 and ready to serve the Duncan, OK community. We are offering drive-up Covid testing. You will need to drive around back and call us with the numbered stall you are parked in. Covid testing is in high demand right now and there can be a 1-3 hour wait.

Dr. Mayank Dave, MD
Dr. Dave is an Oklahoma based board-certified Family medicine trained physician who is one of the founders of MedFirst Urgent Care. Dr. Dave has completed his MD in from Russia in 2001, followed by experience for three years working in India, working the Intensive Care Unit. Dr. Dave completed his residency training in family medicine at Southwest Oklahoma family medicine OU residency program in 2004. Dr. Dave practiced family medicine in Lawton in his private practice before joining the hospitalist group at Comanche County Memorial Hospital in 2013. Currently Dr. Dave is practicing medicine as a hospitalist and medical director for Comanche County Memorial Hospital in Lawton, Oklahoma. Dr. Dave enjoys traveling, listening to Indian music, spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Kaur is an Oklahoma based board-certified Family medicine trained physician who is one of the founders of MedFirst Urgent Care. Dr. Kaur will be serving the community of Duncan with best medical skills and knowledge. Dr. Kaur did her medical school from one of the renowned institutes of medicine and health sciences in India, GMC Amritsar. Dr. Kaur completed her Residency from OU and has served in Lawton for more than 5 years. Dr. Kaur enjoys practicing medicine and helping people in need. Dr. Kaur is married and has two children. Dr. Kaur is involved in multiple committees including AAFP, AMA, American board of family medicine, hospital Peer review committee, quality control.
